Experience the Crown Prince couple's hidden treasure. In this tour we will take you to the beautiful lake called Semsvannet and to Skaugumåsen nature reserve!

We meet at Jernbanetorget in the city center. From there we will take a private transportation to the idyllic village of Hvalstad, where we will see the majestic mountain Skaugumåsen. First, however, we are off to the beautiful lake Semsvannet. The clean pure water as made this area famous for its numerous bird species and nesting places. On our way to the beautiful Skaugumåsen nature reserve we will possibly meet some farm animals.

We will walk for a few kilometers through the idyllic and peaceful forest before we will reach Gupu, a beautiful little farm with a barn and a cozy red house built in the Norwegian style. Here we can buy food and drinks, in case you want to have a bite before lunch.

After a little break, we will start hiking Skaugumåsen. From its top you can see the Crown Prince couple's residence. It is definitely one of Asker's most beautiful views.

Skaugumåsen is also Norway´s northernmost site where the protected mistletoe can be found. Here we will enjoy the view and have lunch. Once energized, we will hike over to the next peak; Grosetkollen. From this hill we can see virtually all of Oslo, and the inner Oslofjord.

After being inspired by this gorgeous nature around us, we will return to the center of Oslo where we started.

This trip requires experience of longer walks in the forest, which sometimes involves steep climbs.
